I can't believe that a month of work at school has passed. This last week was hectic. Quarterly progress grades were entered, which meant a flurry of frantic reading and grading of papers and tests to get things in on time. What made the week a little more bearable were the new long-term subs that came in this last Thursday. Class sizes virtually shrunk by 1/3...and, believe me, 10-15 kids, especially Freshmen, makes a big difference. On top of that, my friend B gave me a hint and I was finally able to upload and update the high school website. The first rally was at the end of the week and Gen and Jen did a great job as MCs dressed as mock star-rappers. What we will do for the students, right? I have so much more respect for them after what they pulled off.
Other than that...things are going as planned with little changes here and there. Next weekend...Ren Faire in the Bay...coolio!
