Hi all. It has been a little while. I have actually had a lot of time to relax in-between a field trip to L.A. to go to Medieval Times and The Museum of Tolerance (which went quite well) with 41 students and work and still getting over this pertusis (whooping cough)...not to mention the other little problems I know everyone is tired of hearing from me by now. Here are a few updates:
Work: Missed way too much of it. I feel bad. Whenever I come back, I feel I have to go twice as fast and that makes me worse healthwise and I get put into bed again. Need to moderate. At least there are only 4 weeks left of it to go and then onto vacation. Yea!
Car: Works like a dream. One catch...touch up paint for two of Honda Accord's colors can only be found at the dealership paintshop. I have one of them...ARGH!!! I also washed both cars this weekend. Never again. Will my sister please come and pick the car up? Please...?
Music: Have you heard Evanescence? Have a listen...
Movies: Saw Matrix Reloaded...and, I have a theory. Say Neo is like Smith: a program that has found its way outside the parameters set by the mainframe, able to jump to the real world through other's bodies. Say that each time that program inhabits a new body and this time, it is Neo's body. It would explain his being able to meld with the machines and, if you saw the end, control/stop them. (and, the trailer at the end of the credits was way too short...especially since we had to sit through 10 minutes of credits in that green color that makes you see bright spots in your eyes for days.) Thanx again to Andrew and Genevieve for the ticket...no offense to my friends, but traveling to Vacaville was not going to work out on a Wednesday night...especially since I slept all day after getting back at 3 a.m. from a field trip.
Thought ( I usually have more than one...really...): What do all those vegetables think about vegens?
