My God, has it been that long since I posted? There has been this little problem with Blogger that I can't figure out. I look at the template and everything seems ok but I still can not post most of the time. Anyway, the last half of July has been a little busier than usual.
APhiO - The section staff meeting went really well. Anna runs a tight ship and we got many things accomplished. I think we will have a great year.
Moving - Well, my sister, Linda, moved back home to Fresno. Weird. I looked at her empty walls and clean floor and bathroom and thought: "This is what my apartment will be like in a few short weeks." Man, I am not going to enjoy this one bit. But, life goes on.
Other stuff - Mainly, I'm bored out of my mind.
AVID Conference - The conference for kids in the "middle - of - the - road" situations program to get them into college and more rigorous curriculum was good. I met a few new teachers and learned some new tools for teaching. (Parking in Downtown Sac, however, was a pain and expensive.)
Medical Stuff - So, has anyone else had to change their diet because they suddenly could not eat beef and other greasy products? In fact, I don't think I can eat much roughage either. It has the opposite effect for some reason. And, man, that flatulance problem has got to go...and, I would laugh too, but it hurts unless I do it often. And, it occurs very often.
Anyway, I must go and enjoy my morning. Trying to decide if I should buy another computer or not. Mine is completely outdated and well, it is time to move on.
